We recognise that planning a hospital visit can feel overwhelming, so we want to make the admissions process as easy and stress-free for you as possible. At Ramsay Surgical Centre Charlestown, our goal is to provide high-quality care and support from your first enquiry to the day of your admission and beyond.

Pre-admission

Our dedicated team of professional staff are committed to providing the highest standards of care. Throughout your stay, from pre-admission to discharge, we strive to treat each patient with respect and dignity.

Your surgeon will arrange the date and time of your admission for surgery. They should also explain the procedure and provide a consent form for you to complete.

Ramsay Surgical Centre Charlestown offers online pre-admission portal, making it simple to complete your forms and provide the necessary details before your stay.
